George Wilkinson, recently appointed President & COO of Walker International Transportation, LLC, has announced a realignment of the senior management of the organization, in line with the Company's focused vision to "Grow enterprise value by delivering competitive advantage to customers through integrated supply chain solutions."

The realignment establishes a functional matrix organization, focused on executing and demonstrating the Company's primary "top-side" operational services:

•  Logistics Operations
•  International Freight Forwarding & Transportation
•  Integrated Supply Chain Solutions

Sharon Wade had been appointed Manager - Integrated Supply Chain Solutions. In this role, Wade will continue to oversee the operations of Supplier Relationship Management and other services that support customer orders.

In additional to realignment of the "top-side" operational services, Wilkinson has also made changes to the "left-side" strategic functions. This portion of the matrix organization focuses on the Company's supporting staff functions as follows:

•  Sales & Marketing
•  Engineering
•  Information Technology
•  Finance
•  General Administration
•  Strategic Planning

James Williams is the Company's as Vice President - Supply Chain Solution Development. Williams will continue to have responsibility to develop business opportunities for the Company's core competencies within strategic industry segments.

Mani S. Manivannan, PhD has joined the Company and has been appointed Vice President - Engineering. Manivannan will have responsibility to define the Company's products, design the corresponding service solutions and to establish quality and performance measurements.

Clifton McDonald has been appointed Manager - Information Technology. McDonald continues his role in providing IT support to the Company's integrated supply chain solutions, as well as to supporting strategic functions.

Christina Bange has been appointed Controller - Finance. Bange continues her role in providing finance and accounting support to the Company's integrated supply chain solutions, as well as to supporting strategic functions.

Roger Moll has been appointed Vice President - General Administration. Moll will administer the Company's activities related to human resources, risk management, legal and regulatory compliance, facilities and property management.

All of the above report directly to Wilkinson.

Also being announced are the following key positions:

Dorian Taylor has been announced by James Williams as the Company's Director - Supply Chain Solution Development. Taylor reports directly to Williams.

Wanda Twitty has been announced by Roger Moll as the Company's Director - Human Resources. Twitty reports directly to Moll.
